Microsoft said in a letter sent Tuesday that it was resigning from OpenAI's board because it believed the AI company's board had gained stability. A spokeswoman for OpenAI on Wednesday said the startup is "establishing a new approach to informing and engaging key strategic partners -- such as Microsoft and Apple -- and investors."
