Micropole: Thierry Létoffé falls below 10% of voting rights

Thierry Létoffé has declared to the AMF that on May 24, directly and through CSTL Finance, which he controls, he fell below the threshold of 10% of Micropole voting rights, as a result of a loss of double voting rights.

The declarant, deputy CEO of Micropole, stated that he held directly and indirectly 2,544,614 Micropole shares, representing 8.75% of the capital and 9.76% of the voting rights of this IT services company.
