Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Michael Hill International Limited advises that it has appointed Andrew Lowe as its Chief Financial Officer, commencing 4 December 2017.

Mr Lowe has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles in a range of listed corporate groups with Australian and offshore operations and a particular focus on central finance functions including finance partnering, taxation and transaction support services.

Mr Lowe holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Applied Finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Taxation Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Mr Lowe will occupy the CFO position which was previously held by Phil Taylor, the current CEO of Michael Hill.
