Mercury Ev-Tech Limited (BSE:531357) agreed to acquire 65% stake in Traclaxx Tractors Private Limited for INR 5.2 million on May 8, 2024. Under the terms, Mercury Ev-Tech will pay INR 10 for 523,900 equity shares, total consideration being INR 5.239 million. The transaction has been approved by board of Mercury Ev-Tech on May 8, 2024 and is expected to close within 90 days.
