MEKICS CO., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A058110) announced a private placement of 1,357,241 common shares at a price of KRW 1,734 per shares for gross proceeds of KRW 2,353,455,898 on August 5, 2020. The transaction included participation from Sos Oxygene Participations SAS. The shares will be issued at par value of KRW 500. The company received funding through third party allotment. The payment of the transaction is September 8, 2020. The transaction has been approved by board of director of the company.
MEKICS CO., Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in manufacturing medical equipment. The Companyâs products mainly consist of artificial respirators used for critical patient and newborns, portable artificial respirators used for emergency, high oxygen artificial respirators , continuous positive pressure respirators ,patient monitors used for monitoring patient vital sign , measuring appliance used for measuring oxygen saturation.
