Megawin Technology Co., Ltd. (GTSM:3122) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares. The shares will be purchased within the price range of TWD 13.32 to TWD 23 per share. The repurchase program will continue until April 14, 2017.
