Mayo Lake Minerals Inc. is an exploration stage junior mining company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of approximately five precious metal projects in the Tombstone Gold (Plutonic) Belt of the Tintina Gold Province. Its projects include Carlin- Roop Silver Project, Anderson-Davidson, Trail-Minto, Edmonton, and Cascade. The projects cover over 244 square kilometers in the Yukon's Mayo Mining District and lie within the traditional territory of the Na-Cho Nyak Dun First Nation. The Company is focusing on its two significant properties: the Carlin-Roop Silver Project, which is lying within the Keno Hill Silver District, and the Anderson-Davidson gold property, which comprises over 627 contiguous quartz claims covering an area of 129.4 square kilometers, near the community of Mayo, Yukon Territory. The Company also holds two active mines: Victoria Gold's Eagle Gold Mine and Hecla Mining's Keno Silver Mine, which are nearby.
