On May 28, 2024, National Center for Public Policy Research submitted a shareholder proposal to Mastercard Incorporated, requesting that the Company conduct an evaluation and prepare a report analyzing the congruency of the Company?s charitable contributions and voluntary partnerships with its Human Rights Statement. The report, prepared at reasonable cost and excluding proprietary information, should also present solutions for remedying any incongruities the evaluation finds, and should be publicly disclosed on the Company website by the end of 2024.
