Martifer SGPS, S.A. is a holding company organized around 3 areas of activity: - construction of metal structures (52.3% of net sales; No. 1 in the Iberian Peninsula): for Oil & Gas infrastructure construction sector; - shipbuilding (43.3%); - construction of renewable energy production units and equipment (4.4%): wind farms, biodiesel production sites, wind tours, aerogenerators, solar energy systems, etc. The group also produces and distributes renewable energy-based electric energy. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Portugal (62.8%), the United Kingdom (18.5%), Angola (3.9%), Spain (3.9%), France (3.8%), Romania (3%), Belgium (2.6%), Mozambique (0.8%), Poland (0.4%) and Saudi Arabia (0.3%).
