Marimo Regional Revitalization Reit,Inc. (TSE:3470) agreed to acquire 17 real estate from Marimo Community Co.,Ltd. for ¥16.2 billion on June 7, 2016. Under the terms, Marimo Regional acquired Artiza Sendai Kakyoin for ¥2.7 billion, Artiza Kamimaezu for ¥0.4 billion, Artiza Hakata Premier for ¥1.1 billion, Artiza Hakataeki-Minami for ¥0.5 billion, Artiza Ikejiri for ¥0.61 billion, Artiza Tsuzuki Chuo Koen for ¥1.1 billion, Artiza Kawasaki East for ¥0.78 billion, Artiza Sobudai for ¥1.13 billion, MMR Omuta for ¥1.25 billion, Tarumiekimae Gold Building for ¥0.5 billion, Foodaly Aoba for ¥0.25 billion, Yamada Denki Tecc Land Mihara for ¥2 billion, Yamada Denki Tecc Land Togitsu for ¥0.95 billion, Seven-Eleven Kofu Aioi 1chome for ¥0.22 billion, Hotel Route-Inn Ichinomiya Ekimae for ¥0.74 billion, MRR Delta Building for ¥1.2 billion and Pleast Hakata Gion Building for ¥0.8 billion. The deal will be financed from the proceeds from the issuance of new investment units and funds on hand. Marimo Regional Revitalization Reit,Inc.
