Subject: Results of Emergent Board of Directors Meeting
Dear Sir,
It is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in a meeting held today i.e. May 31, 2023 at 09:00 am (instead of 10:00 am as communicated earlier), has recommended the following for approval of the Members of the Company in the upcoming EOGM:
To increase the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 13,090,001,000 divided into 1,309,000,100 ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each, to Rs. 170,000,000,000 divided into 17,000,000,000 ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each, with or without modifications, and amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
To amend Article 16 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
To circulate the Annual Audited Financial Statements to the Shareholders through QR enabled code and weblink.
The Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 23, 2023 will be sent in due course of time.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, accordingly.

Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) is an integrated exploration and production company.
