Marathon Petroleum Corporation reported earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 36,255 million compared to USD 39,813 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 36,823 million compared to USD 40,093 million a year ago.
