Hong Kong-- Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, located in breath-taking Paradise Bay, is set to welcome summer with an array of culinary delights including a week of authentic gastronomic feasting curated by renowned Italian Chef Luigi Stinga.

The award-winning resort, known for its personalised holiday experiences, privileged accommodation options, exclusive brands and world-famous restaurants is running Stinga's special Italian menus from 29 June to 5 July.

Celebrity chef Stinga who currently works at the Michelin-starred Talea By Antonio Guida in Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, is acclaimed for seamlessly blending traditional Italian dishes with eastern methods and flavours.

This delicate culinary harmony is seen in creative dishes from his special week-long tasting menu such as Lobster with Coffee Zabaglione, Smoked Potato & Kombu, while more classic takes include Fettuccine with Zucchini, Parmesan and Basil and his beautifully executed Australian Wagyu Striploin with Spring Onion and Chicory.

An a la carte menu lets diners choose from other exquisite culinary creations such as Risotto with Tangerine, Saffron Emulsion, Green Tomatoes and Red Prawns from Sicily, or Turbot with Spinach, Lemon and Caper Sauce.

Optional wine pairings celebrate Italian regional vintages, such as Ruffino Prosecco and Prunotto Barolo Nebbiolo, which perfectly complement Stinga's elegant plates.

In 2023 Stinga received the Michelin Guide's 'Young Chef' award, while his career before joining the Mandarin Oriental Group included experience in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy
