MAGHREB INTERNATIONAL PUBLICITÉ SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME Yellow Spirit and Lawhat Tunisie entered into a letter of intent to acquire 63.9% stake in Maghreb International Publicite (BVMT:MIP) from Mohamed Hedi Cheriha and Mehdi Cheriha on October 22, 2015. Mohamed Hedi Cheriha will sell 31.94% and Mehdi Cheriha will sell 32% stake in Maghreb International Publicite.
