The Company maintains a fleet of five container ships with an additional four container vessels owned by NMCCLI (the NMCCLI Vessels), calling at 10 ports nationwide, namely Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cebu, Dumaguete, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Davao, Cotabato and General Santos. The Company operates in a single segment, which is engaged in domestic inter-island cargo shipping activities within the Philippines. The Company’s vessels have a capacity ranging from 426 TEUs to 797 TEUs with speeds of 11 knots to 15 knots. The Company owns various equipment and facilities to efficiently handle customers' cargoes, including land-based equipment, such as forklifts, top lifts and trucks, and container yards and warehouses in its branches and agencies.
