NOTICE TO THE MARKET Disposal of Relevant Ownership Interest

São Paulo, March 12th, 2021 - Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. ("Company") informs that, in accordance with article 12 of Instruction No. 358 of the Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission - Comissão de Valores Mobiliários ("CVM"), dated January 3, 2002, as amended, it received a letter from its shareholder GIC Private Limited ("GIC"), dated as of March 12th, 2021, in which it was stated that, by means of operations carried out in the trading session of the São Paulo Stock Exchange - B3 - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão, in aggregate basis GIC reduced their stake to 28,552,959 shares, representing 4.877% of the Company's common shares.
