LNA Santé has published total sales of €188.8 million for Q4, down 0.3% on Q4 2022.
In detail, real estate sales fell by 79.4% to 2.7 ME, while operating sales rose by 5.6% to 186.1 ME.
Over the full year, total sales for LNA Santé came to 736.1 ME (+1.1%).
With an installed base of 10326 beds and places (of which 9495 in operation), the Group has a stable base of 8584 beds at cruising speed, and a base of 1742 non-mature beds (911 to be restructured and 831 to be installed), the upgrading of which to LNA Santé's quality standards is a major source of growth.
For the current year, LNA Santé forecasts continued organic growth in excess of 4.5%, for operating sales in excess of €750 million, excluding acquisitions.
On the occasion of the publication of its annual results, the Group will present a progress report on its GrandirEnsemble project, together with its strategic outlook for the 2024 financial year.

LNA Santé specializes in operating and managing full-care facilities for dependent elderly persons. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- operation of medico-social and healthcare homes (97.8%): managed, at the end of 2023, 85 establishments (9,390 beds) broken down into living facilities with medical care for old people (45; 4,655 beds), follow-up care and rehabilitation clinics (18; 2,853 places), nursing homes (4 in Belgium; 555 beds), home hospitalization structures (10; 735 places), surgical facilities (4; 168 beds), psychiatric hospital (2; 299 beds) and rehabilitation facilities (2 in Poland; 125 beds);
- real estate development (2.2%).
