From October 2, 2018 to December 31, 2018, the company has repurchased 180,293 shares, representing 2.39% for KRW 1,118.48 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 180,293 shares, representing 2.39% for KRW 1,118.48 million under the buyback announced on October 2, 2018.
LMS CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of prism sheets for back light units (BLUs) used in liquid crystal displays (LCDs). The Company operates its business through two divisions: display business division and optical information business division. Its display business division provides prism sheets that increase the efficiency of light to brighten the LCDs, which are used in mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), car navigations, laptop computers, LCD televisions (TVs) and others under the brand name HLAS. Its optical information business division provides small optical components, such as pick-up grating elements, wave plates, polarization filters (PFs) composite devices, polarizing hologram devices and others for compact discs (CDs), digital versatile discs (DVDs) and others. The Company also involves in the rental business.
