The annual meeting of shareholders of LINKBANCORP, Inc. (the "Company") was held on May 25, 2023. At the annual meeting of shareholders, the Company's shareholders (i) elected fourteen directors to the Company's board of directors for a one-year term and (ii) ratified the appointment of S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2023. The final results of the shareholder vote were as follows:
