Boomerang Investment Limited, Chen Changzheng, Yuan Tianfu, Cheng Yang and Kwok Yi Chit entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding to acquire a 68.86% stake in Link Holdings Limited from Vertic Holdings Limited.

Boomerang Investment Limited, Chen Changzheng, Yuan Tianfu, Cheng Yang and Kwok Yi Chit (Purchasers) entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding to acquire a 54.44% stake in Link Holdings Limited (SEHK:8237) from Vertic Holdings Limited on January 10, 2023. Under the terms, purchasers will acquire 1900 million shares of Honbridge Holdings Limited. As of February 10, 2023, the parties are in process of finalising the formal agreement in respect of the Proposed Sale.
