Lihe Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. announced that at the EGM held on October 30, 2020 has elected Zhang Guangsheng, Nie Bo, Zou Xiongwei, Hou Liang, Wen Liqun, and Luo Qifeng as non-independent directors and Liu Aiming, Xiao Haiju and Jiang Xingrui as independent directors and elected Meng Liangqing and Zou Hui as non-employee supervisors.
