LifeQuest World Corp.'s (OTCMKTS: LQWC) new wastewater treatment plant in Abattoir, South Africa is fully operational. It is projected to generate $1.5 million EBITDA in the first 10 years of a 10+10 year agreement.

The facility is LQWC's first 'build own operate' 200-300m3/day capacity plant.

LQWC is a Water As A Service (WaaS) company that treats wastewater. It creates clean and reusable water for non-drinking purposes from tainted water supplies. The applications of their product include but is not limited to agriculture, and helps relieve water stress around the world.

LQWC's 10+10 AGREEMENT

The new South African plant treats industrial and sewage wastewater at a major beef processor. The agreement calls for 10 years with an additional 10 year automatic renewal.

Under this agreement, the client pays a service fee for every cubic meter of treated water. The Company says it is expected to generate $1.5 million EBITDA in the first 10 years of a 10 + 10 year agreement.

The client is vertically integrated and interested in reusing "every drop of water," says Pieter Jansen, CEO of LQWC's subsidiary in South Africa. "The client is currently processing 450 cattle heads per day and we are working on a plan to increase the capacity of the plant."

ADDITIONAL LQWC PLANTS

LQWC says it has additional plants in its pipeline and are completing the technical due diligence to invest in a 900m3/day plant for a major dairy producer.

Max Khan, CEO of parent company LQWC, adds, "We pivoted towards WaaS model due to challenging capital investment environment for government and commercial clients and disruptions from COVID-19. Corporate customers are aggressively investing in sustainability and reuse of wastewater has become inevitable due to wastewater stress around the world."

Khan explains that all of the Company's WaaS agreements will have minimum 'take or pay' clauses. They will be offered only to credit worthy clients with long operating histories.

ATTRACTIVE ROI

"IRRs and ROI remain very attractive and we are in discussions with potential investors for non-dilutive project finance debt to fund additional plants," he says. "Our current business plan is adequately funded."

Investors should keep LQWC stock on their Watch Lists.

LQWC offers effluent treatment plans (ETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), Fat Oil and Grease (FOG) separator and hybrid media for water polishing.

FLAGSHIP PRODUCT

Its flagship product is BioPipe, a wholly owned subsidiary. It has developed a 100% sludge-free, chemical-free, odor-free silent and easy to assemble product. It is scalable, low-cost and ecological and low-maintenance-free on site sewage water treatment system, the Company says.

LQWC's catalyst is its green eco-system strategy.
