Latitude 360 May Buy Showboat Altantic City

Latitude 360, Inc. (OTCPK:LATX) is in talks with Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NasdaqGS:CZR) to buy Showboat Atlantic City Hotel and Casino. Brent Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Latitude 36 said that he has been in talks with Caesars Entertainment to potentially purchase the former Showboat casino in Atlantic City after Atlantic Properties also publicly expressed interest, reported Associated Press.
