Notice regarding Acquisition of Asset

(2nd Preferred Shares of Kansai 1 Property TMK)

LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT ("LLR") announced today that it has decided to acquire the asset in the form of 2nd Preferred Shares as described in the previous press release titled, "Notice regarding Acquisition of Asset (Preferred Shares of Kansai 1 Property TMK)" dated March 10, 2021. Details are described below.

1. Acquisition Overview

(1)	Newly Acquired Asset	: Preferred Shares of Kansai 1 Property TMK ("Subject TMK")
(2)	Acquisition Price	: 2nd Preferred Shares 300 million yen
		The total amount of the 1st and 2nd Preferred Shares is 501 million yen
		(approximately 11% of the total preferred shares issued by Subject
		TMK).
(3)	Acquisition date	: 1st Preferred Shares March 18, 2021	201 million yen
		: 2nd Preferred Shares December 23, 2021	300 million yen
(4)	Acquiring Entity	: Subject TMK
(5)	Underlying Real Estate	: (tentative name) Osaka Suminoe Logistics Center Project (the "Subject
		Property")
(6)	Acquisition Funds	: Cash on hand

Construction of the Subject Property is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2023, and "Subject Property
