Notice Concerning "Agreement on Provision of Collection and Transportation Bases for

Support Goods in the Case of Disasters" with Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture

LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT ("LLR") announces today that it has concluded an "Agreement on Provision of Collection and Transportation Bases for Support Goods in the Case of Disasters" (the "Agreement") with Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture (Mayor: Yoshiharu Izaki) with regard to one of its properties, LOGIPORT Nagareyama B, as outlined below.

1. Overview of the Agreement

This agreement stipulates that, in the event of a large-scale disaster in Nagareyama City, etc., if LLR is able to cooperate, LLR will have LOGIPORT Nagareyama B serve a base for the collection and transportation of support goods for Nagareyama City.

Details of the provisions are as follows.

  1. Provision of a collection and transportation base for support goods
  2. Provision of a local coordination center for collection and transportation of support goods
  3. Provision of a rest area for cargo handling personnel, and other support personnel
  4. Other matters that may be separately agreed upon

LOGIPORT Nagareyama B is a large-scale and high specification logistics facility with a gross floor area of over 130,000 m2. As it is close to the Nagareyama IC on the Joban Expressway and National Route 16, one of the main expressways in the area, LOGIPORT Nagareyama B is in a suitable location for prompt collection and delivery of goods.
