Larry Jewelry International Company Limited intends to share its profit with shareholders in the form of semi-annual dividends in an aggregate amount per year of no less than 10% of the company annual consolidated net income attributable to its shareholders, subject to the criteria as set out below. The Dividend Policy allows the company to declare special dividends from time to time in addition to the semi-annual dividends. The company liability to pay dividends will depend upon, among other things, the Groups current and future operations, liquidity position and capital requirements, as well as dividends received from the company subsidiaries and associate companies. The payment of dividend by the Company is also subject to any restrictions under the Bermuda laws and the company Bye-laws.
