Larry Jewelry International Company Limited announced audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of HKD 434,748,000 against HKD 264,082,000 a year ago, which was mainly attributed to increase in revenue of TFH of approximately HKD 181,523,000 and offset by approximately HKD 10,857,000 decrease in revenue in jewelry segment. Loss before tax was HKD 831,352,000 against HKD 84,584,000 a year ago. Loss for the year attributable to owners of the company was HKD 816,569,000 or 24.21 cents per share basic against HKD 83,807,000 or 5.82 cents per share basic a year ago. The increase in the loss of approximately HKD 732,762,000 was mainly attributable to the increase in impairment loss on goodwill, intangible assets, share-based payment expenses and loss on fair value changes of convertible bonds and warrants of approximately HKD 666,493,000 in total recognised during the Year.
