Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Austin L. Bair has been promoted to Vice President, CRA and Lending Analytics Officer.

In this position, Bair is responsible for the ongoing verification and analysis of the bank's lending data. He manages the bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program and leads the CRA committee. Additionally, he monitors adherence with banking regulations and assists with planning and policy development to increase lending, services, and investments which meet the community and consumer credit needs and fulfill the bank's regulatory obligations. Bair has been with the bank for eight years.

Bair earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University South Bend. He serves as a board member for the Indiana CRA Bankers Association (ICRABA). He volunteers by teaching financial literacy classes for the Jail Chemical Addiction Program of Kosciusko County.
