Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A011040) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance the shareholders value through stabilization of stock prices.
The repurchase program will expire on December 16, 2022. As of September 15, 2022, the company had 3,534,996 shares in treasury with in the scope available for dividend and no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
