Korea Digital Communications Corporation (KOSE:A029480) agreed to acquire an additional stake of 6.32% in Masterimage 3D, LLC for KRW 10.3 billion on October 23, 2012. Korea Digital will acquire 1.28 million shares. The resolution of the Board of Directors' was given on October 23, 2012. The transaction is expected to close on October 24, 2012.
