Kuyas Yatirim AS, formerly Kuyumcukent Gayrimenkul Yatirimlari AS is a Turkey-based real estate investment company. The main purpose of the entity is to buy, sell, use, repair or rebuild various kinds of real estate owned, owned and held by public or private institutions, third parties, with or without shares, rent them, rent out the real estate owned or leased by them as well as to establish a management company for these real estates. The Company operate, receive and give various kinds of guarantees in order to carry out their works, establish and register and release pledges and mortgages, easement, right of construction, timeshare easement, partition, residence, floor easement, condominium, real estate liability or construction rights.
