Chief Human Resources Officer, ESG and QSHE, Kuehne+Nagel Group

Sarah Kreienbühl (Swiss-French, born 1970) became the Global Human Resources Officer of the Kuehne+Nagel Group on April 1, 2023. She also leads the Kuehne+Nagel Group's environmental, social and governance (ESG) and quality, health, safety and environment (QSHE) strategy. Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics providers and number one in Sea and Air Logistics, based in Switzerland.

Sarah Kreienbühl graduated in applied psychology from the

University of Zurich, Switzerland. In 2004, she joined Sonova, where she became a member of the Group Executive Board, being responsible for Corporate Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

From 2017 to 2022, she was a member of the Executive Board at Migros Federation of Cooperatives, Switzerland's largest private employer with around 100,000 employees. In this role, she was responsible for Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Communications and Migros' extensive CSR programs like the Think Tank Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, Migros Klubschule as well as the tourist destination Monte Generoso. In addition, she was chairwoman of Migros' new optician chain Misenso.

Sarah Kreienbühl is a member of the Board of Directors at Rieter AG where she chairs the Nomination and Remuneration committee. She is also the President of the Swiss Management Society (SMG).
