KUDELSKI SA KUDELSKI GROUP AND YAHOO SETTLE PATENT LITIGATION
Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland, May 19, 2016 - The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S) announced today that it has entered into a patent license agreement with Yahoo! Inc. Under the agreement, the parties agreed to dismiss all pending patent litigation. Yahoo will make a one-time up-front license fee payment to Kudelski.
