KORN FERRY Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced Jaideep Bajaj has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the Life Sciences practice. He is based in the firm's Singapore office.
Bajaj joins Korn Ferry from a global search and leadership advisory firm where he led the healthcare business in Southeast Asia and in India. He has led multiple regional and global projects across the healthcare industry. Prior to working in executive search, Bajaj spent 12 years in commercial roles with Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, and Bausch & Lomb where he was the general manager of the surgical business.
'Jaideep is known for his extensive search expertise building executive teams for domestic companies seeking to expand their global footprint. He has firsthand knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industries, giving him significant experience to be a trusted partner to his clients,' said Jay Kizer, president, Life Sciences market, Korn Ferry. Bajaj holds an MBA in marketing from the Institute of Management Technology.
