Kondotec Inc. provided consolidated and non consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal first half ending September 2023 and full year ending March 31, 2024. For the first half, on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales to be JPY 37,983 million, operating profit to be JPY 2,014 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 1,296 million or basic earnings per share to be JPY 50.89.
For the year, on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales to be JPY 78,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 4,500 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 2,900 million or basic earnings per share to be JPY 113.82.
For the first half, on non-consolidated basis, the company expects net sales to be JPY 28,118 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,980 million, profit to be JPY 1,374 million or basic earnings per share to be JPY 53.93.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, the company expects net sales to be JPY 57,630 million, operating profit to be JPY 4,182 million, profit to be JPY 2,882 million or basic earnings per share to be JPY 113.12.
KONDOTEC INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of construction materials. The Company has three business segments. The Industrial Materials segment is engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of civil engineering and construction materials such as roof drains, floor hatches, suspension rings, brackets, balcony hardware, screws, turnbuckles and joint hardware, and construction equipment such as welding machines, drilling machines and concrete cutters, as well as the provision of rental services. The Steel Structure Materials segment is engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of construction related materials such as brace sheets for steel structure processors. The Electrical Facility Materials segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of electrical equipment such as photovoltaic battery modules, air conditioners and lighting equipment for electrical contractors and consumer electronics retailers.
