KKR Global Infrastructure Investors IV, a fund managed by KKR & Co. Inc. agreed to acquire 1,100 Wireless Communications Towers of Colombia Móvil S.A E.S.P.

KKR Global Infrastructure Investors IV, a fund managed by KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE:KKR) agreed to acquire 1,100 Wireless Communications Towers of Colombia Móvil S.A E.S.P on January 24, 2024. The transaction allows KKR to work in partnership with NEXO LatAm.

As part of the transaction, Colombia Móvil and KKR have entered into a long-term agreement whereby KKR will lease wireless communications towers to Colombia Móvil to support its wireless networks. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Scotiabank, Inc. acted as financial advisor to KKR & Co.
