A consortium of KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE:KKR), Global Infrastructure Management, LLC and Stonepeak Partners LP have made a bid to buy a controlling stake in Deutsche Telekom AG (XTRA:DTE)'s (DTEGY) towers unit, according to Bloomberg's Dinesh Nair, Gillian Tan and Rodrigo Orihuela, citing people familiar with the matter. A consortium of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (TSX:BAM.A) (BAM) and Cellnex Telecom, S.A. (BME:CLNX) is also bidding for the unit, the report stated.
