The issuance is approved by Financial Supervisory Commission ("FSC") on 2022/06/23 in an FSC's letter numbered 1110347163 at unit share price of NT$85.6. (2)The Board meeting on 2022/07/25 resolves to issue 2,062,500 restricted shares with the record date of issuance on 2022/08/19.
