Guangxi Chuanjinnuo New Energy Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Yingkou Chuanxinnuo High-tech Co., Ltd. from Kingsignal Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300252) and Ganzhou Yingchuan Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 74.7 million on May 9, 2023. The transaction have recently completed the industrial and commercial change registration and delivery procedures.
Kingsignal Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally involved in the research, development, production and sales of signal interconnection products. The Company operates through three main segments. The Communication Equipment segment is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of telecommunication cables, optical cables, communication assemblies, connectors and printed circuit board (PCB) series products. The Commercial Factoring segment is mainly engaged in provision of commercial factoring-related services. The Other Business segment is primarily engaged in sales, import and export of installation auxiliary materials.
