Kia Motors Corporation has reported an increase in sales for 2013. The automaker sold a total of 2,746,643 units, up 1.4% compared to 2012. During 2013, sales of Kia vehicles in all overseas markets increased by 2.7% to 2,288,643 units compared to 2012.
