The Board of Directors of Kasai Kogyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:7256) authorized a share repurchase program on August 9, 2013. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.62% at the closing price of ¥575 per share as on August 9, 2013, for JPY ¥575 million. The shares will be repurchased through the off-auction of the own shares procedure.
The repurchases will take place on August 12, 2013.
