Liu Chee-ming to Retire as Non-Executive Director and Cease to Be Member of the Audit Committee Kader Holdings Company Limited

The board of directors of Kader Holdings Company Limited announced that Mr. Liu Chee-ming will retire as a Non-executive Director of the company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the company to be held on 2 June 2016 and will not offer himself for re-election. Upon his retirement, Mr. Liu will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee of the company.
