As part of the consideration, deposit of KRW 875 million will be paid on January 28, 2014 and the balance of KRW 7.88 billion will be paid on March 19, 2014. The expected transaction settlement date is March 25, 2014.
The expected closing of the transaction has been changed from March 25, 2014 to March 19, 2014.
