JSTI Group Approves Amendments to Articles of Association; Approves Cash Dividend for 2016; Approves Nomination of Li Dapeng as Director Candidate

JSTI Group announced that at the annual general meeting of 2016 held on May 9, 2017 approved amendments to the company's articles of association.

The company also approved cash dividend (tax included) of CNY 1.400 per 10 shares for the year 2016.
