Jinaam's Dress Limited Announces Resignation of Dharmendra Parmar as Chief Executive Officer

Jinaam's Dress Limited announced that the company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Dharmendra Parmar, for resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 30 April, 2020. Mr. Dharmendra Parmar, Chief Executive Officer has confirmed that there is no other Material Reason for his resignation other than those provided in resignation letter.
