Chongqing Zhongpeng Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Chongqing Pengxinhe Construction Development Co., Ltd. from Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300117) for CNY 84.9 million on December 28, 2021. Transaction was approved by board of directors of Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. Transaction still needs to be submitted to the Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. general meeting of shareholders for approval.
Jiayu Holding Co Ltd, formerly Beijing Jiayu Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-stock Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in system door, window and curtain wall and new energy business. The Company's door, window and curtain wall business mainly includes the production, construction and retail of energy-saving door, window and curtain wall products. The new energy business includes solar photovoltaic module business, solar thermal business and photovoltaic and wind power business.
