Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300117) signed an agreement to acquire 20% stake in Beijing Aopu Star Technology Co., Ltd from Wang Weicun for CNY 10 million on July 6, 2016. In a related transaction, Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd signed an agreement to carry out a capital increase of CNY 50 million in Beijing Aopu Star Technology Co., Ltd. After both the transactions, Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd will hold 51% stake and Wang Weicun will hold 12.25% stake in Beijing Aopu Star Technology Co., Ltd.
The Board of Beijing JIAYU Door, Window and Curtain Wall Joint-Stock Co., Ltd approved the transaction on December 30, 2016 and the transaction does not need the shareholders' approval.
