Jiangsu Maixinlin Aviation Science and Technology Corp. (SHSE:688685) entered into an agreement to acquire 56.845% stake in Zhengzhou Zhengfei Machinery Co., Ltd. from Yao Gong, Song Haidong, Han Linhai, Lü Huifang, Zhai Baohua, Hui Zhen, Wang Fusheng and Zhang Kun for CNY 10.3 million on July 7, 2022. The consideration is paid in cash. The board of directors of Jiangsu Maixinlin Aviation Science and Technology approved the transaction. The shareholders of the target company, Zhengzhou Zhengfei Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union Committee of Zhengzhou Aircraft Equipment Co., Ltd., waived the right of first refusal for the above-mentioned equity transfer. The shareholders of the target company approved the transaction in a meeting held on June 29, 2022. The board of directors unanimously approved the transaction. As of May 31, 2022 toatl assets were CNY 31.7 million and net assets were CNY 16.5 million. The transfer of capital contribution will be completed on July 15, 2022.
