Jarllytec Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 1,797.337 million compared to TWD 1,376.763 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 21.564 million compared to TWD 65.697 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 13.408 million compared to TWD 108.394 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.22 compared to TWD 1.8 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 3,325.463 million compared to TWD 2,359.595 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 69.785 million compared to TWD 63.938 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 76.002 million compared to TWD 124.434 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.26 compared to TWD 2.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.26 compared to TWD 2.06 a year ago.
Jarllytec Co Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of hinges and optical fiber connectors. The Company provides hinges, including notebook computer hinges, liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor hinges, all-in-one (AIO) hinges, LCD television hinges, among others. The Products mainly used in connecting shafts of products such as computers, electronics, optics, home appliances, information, communications, and instruments. The optical fiber connectors are applied in optical signal transmission. The Company mainly distributes its products in Taiwan, Mainland China, the United States, Thailand, among others.
