TSE has designated the following issues as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation).
２．Period of Designation as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation)
From Jan. 23, 2023 (Mon.) to the day when TSE determines whether the ETFs has fallen under the delisting criteria
Provision
Enforcement Rules for Securities Listing Regulations, Rule 1115, Paragraph 2
(Due to the submission of a delisting application pursuant to the provisions of Rule 606 of the Securities Listing Regulations as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the provisions of Rule 1119 of the same Regulations)
３．Reason
Today, the management company submitted a delisting application for the issue listed in "1. Issue Name" above, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 606 of the Securities Listing Regulations as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the provisions of Rule 1119 of the same Regulations.
In the case where TSE approves the delisting, since the ETFs will be delisted, TSE will acknowledge the likelihood of the ETFs being delisted and designate the ETFs as Securities Under Supervision (Confirmation).
